Our Beef

Our cattle are raised on grass and finished in the last 30 days on grain and grass to provide a high-quality taste. As a family, we test steaks and ground beef from each cow produced (hard job, right?) to provide a quality control from our butcher.

 

To ensure famlies have the freezer space available, we currently sell 10-pound boxes of beef as a steak and ground beef mix or ground beef only.

 

If you have the space and would prefer to go in with other families on a quarter or half cow, we can tailor a package to meet your family's needs.
